How to Use the Law of Attraction to Get What You Want

I am sure you heard of the movie, “The Secret”, or the book by the same name by Rhonda Byrne. In this book or movie, she has popular metaphysicians and spiritual people who talks about how they made their success by using the power of Law of Attraction (LOA). It’s not different than having the right mindset of positivity. In this episode I share 3 ways to attract the Law of Attraction (LOA) to help get what you envision and want in your life.

How to get what we want by using the Law of Attraction. In today’s episode, I’m gonna talk about 3 ways to use the Law of Attraction to get what you want. Did you read the book, The Secret, or did you see the movie, The Secret? Then you probably heard of the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is not something that simple, but you do have to put a little effort into it to get it to work.

What is the Law of Attraction? The Law of Attraction was based on the new thought which is a spiritual belief from the teachings of Phineas Quimby. The belief is that your thoughts can affect your outcome. For example, if your thoughts are negative, then you attract negative energy to you. Likewise, if your thoughts are positive, then good positive energy flows your way. The universe doesn’t care, and it doesn’t know the difference between positive and negative thoughts. It only knows the thoughts, or the energy from the thoughts. The idea of using the Law of Attraction is to affect the change. But the feelings must also accompany it, along with creative visualization. Combined with the feelings, the visualization, and positive thoughts, it all attracts energetic universal energy.

So, there are some techniques that you can use to make the Law of Attraction work for you, so that you can get what you want in life. Today I’m going to share three of those ways.

So, number one, learn how to meditate, and use creative visualization. So, if you’re interested in utilizing the Law of Attraction to its fullest potential, make sure you begin each day with meditation. Meditation is important, as it brings your focus towards what you desire and what you expect for that day. It is just not enough to meditate on something that you want to attract in your life, visualization brings it to live. Creative visualization takes it one step further by incorporating the feelings you are feeling as you see yourself. So, for example, receiving a reward, getting the love you desire, have more joy and happiness, increase your financial status. So, as you embrace your joy and happiness, you will see that more joy and happiness will enter your life. Creative visualization makes this happen by using emotions as triggers.

Number two. To be grateful, you truly need to understand how much you already have without asking for more. When you are in the state of gratitude, many more things to be grateful for come our way. Stand up and look around you, there is so much to be grateful for. When you start to understand that the simple blessings such as butterflies or flowers that envelop your life, you will feel more joy. Once you feel more joy, you will manifest more joyful events in your life.

And number three, write down your thoughts and affirmations. If you really want to get the most out of the Law of Attraction, then you must consciously control your own thoughts daily. It helps to see the reminder on paper or in your journal. In this way, when you write down your negative thought or feeling, you can see it, and replace it with a positive affirmation. Sometimes, you must control your thoughts on a moment-by-moment basis. I know sometimes I’m guilty of that.

So, if you find yourself going into negative or self-sabotaging thoughts, you need to take responsibility in several ways. Think positively, concentrate on all that you are grateful for, and tell yourself positive affirmations. An example of using a affirmation is when you think negatively, you will need to replace it with a positive affirmation. Are you stressing over your income? Replace that negative thought to “income comes from everywhere,” or “I am living in abundance daily.” Another example of affirmation is if you are experiencing a health challenge, maybe try to get motivated to get back to the gym and work out. The affirmation you might want to say to yourself is “I’m getting healthier every day and achieving my health goals.”

Okay so, by creating your thoughts to show up as you wish, you can create a better life. And again, the three easy ways to use the Law of Attraction to get what you want is being grateful, learning to meditate, and use creative visualization, and writing in your journal and replacing negative thoughts with positive affirmations.
