This podcast is about entrepreneurship, spirituality, and self-care. My name is Lourdes, and I am the host of this show. Thank you for listening today!

Do you guys know what an intensive day means? Or have you heard of VIP Day? Okay, as a business owner, it’s essential to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to providing services to your clients. And one way to do this is by offering a VIP Package.

And no, I’m not talking about Very Important Person, which is what VIP does stand for. In our world of service providers, a VIP is a package that is designed to provide an exclusive personalized experience for your clients, which allows them to receive a full day of services tailored to their specific needs.

Okay, so that brings me into what is a VIP Day? Now, I’ve asked many other business owners, people who are regular folks who may have a job at a physical place like an office, a restaurant, a boutique, etc. I asked them what a VIP Day is, and of course, they didn’t have an answer. They just thought, well isn’t that a very important person? And yeah, that’s pretty much what they were thinking it was.

So, a lot of people in my tech-y world or virtual assistant world or coaches and people that have online businesses may know what a VIP Day is, but most people don’t know what it is. So, I decided to call mine Intensive Day.

So my Intensive Day, and I’m doing air quotes here, a VIP Day. And the reason I called it Intensive Day is that I find that maybe it’s more of an appropriate way to describe my exclusive services. And having an Intensive Day allows me to cover many materials in a shorter amount of time, which is beneficial for busy individuals who may not have the time to attend a longer training or a seminar.

One of the main benefits of offering an Intensive Day is a very personalized service to offer to your clients. When a client signs up for an Intensive Day, they are guaranteed to receive a high level of attention, and service that is tailored specifically to their needs, which also includes working solely with that one client at a time. Instead of having retainers and working with 5 or more clients during your business, an Intensive Day is a customized package, and you work exclusively for the duration with only one client until the job is done.

Plus, having an intensive day allows you to build deeper connections with your clients, as you’re able to get to know them on a more personal level. Because you’re spending the whole day with them, or half a day, or just a few days together. And also, it allows you to increase your revenue by offering premium services that comes with a higher price tag.

And speaking of a higher price tag, the Intensive Day is geared towards 6 to 7 figure businesses. The business also has to have their own logos, branding, style, slide decks ready to go, and they already know their audience type that they have been serving. Because Intensive Days are quick turnarounds, and therefore the client is already established and have their own assets. They don’t have the time to manage all the many fine details that they hired you to help with.

And as an example, I offer webinar and podcast Intensive Days. So for a webinar, I have all the webinar tasks and items ready in about 2-3 days. That includes all the webinar details, and management of the assets. The registration, the e-mail, the content creation, the content for social media templates, a checklist, and more. And also some strategy sessions. And then once we’re ready, we’ll have the live day whenever that could be. It doesn’t have to be in just the first two days that they work with me. We’ll have a live day, and we’ll be there supporting the whole live day, as well as having tech support.

And for my Intensive Day with a podcast, I can also take care of setting up the whole thing within a week. We’ll spend time with you coming up with the concept, artwork, marketing strategy, and distribution. I say about 5-7 days, give or take a day or two. It could be sooner, or it could be a day later.

So in conclusion, offering an Intensive Day, or again, I’m doing my air quotes, VIP Day, provides high level services online as a package deal is an excellent way for businesses to stay ahead of the competition. You’ll also have fewer clients, because you’re charging higher prices and you are becoming more exclusive than having retainer clients.
